    I purchased and installed the E-Commerce Pro theme. In the support documentation, to change the header email and phone number, users are directed to “Header” section to change the defaults. I have no “Header” section; I only have a “Top Bar” section, and there is no text box available for changing the default email and telephone number.

    What am I missing? How do I change that portion of the site? I see where to enter social media links, however there is no place to enter my email address and/or phone number.

    Please help!!!

    Hello,

    Nothing that I have entered in the Site Identification section is displaying. I have uploaded a small logo; I have a tagline; I have a site title; I have published my entries and nothing displays. The site identification section is blank.

    Hello,

    I selected to upgrade from E Commerce to E Commerce Pro. The download includes a pro .zip; a child .zip and a widget. What is the difference between the child file and pro file? Both are available for activation, and I keep switching between the 2, however I do not understand the differences.

    Also, how do I modify the details in the tab ( email address, etc.). There is a default email of “abc@themescaliber,” however I cannot find where to enter my information.

    I selected the E-Commerce theme and was working in WordPress when I noticed a “Go Pro” button.  I read about the upgrade and was expecting to pay for that, not a bundle of different themes.  After I saw a $70ish charge on my bank card, I realized my error, logged back in and purchased what I originally planned to buy, the $39 add-ons.  I have not downloaded the product and would like a refund for the bundle product.

    I just purchased the bundle pack, however the only file that downloads is a single text file. I tried to upload the new themes, however there is no zip file, and selecting the text file does not work.

    Please help!! I need the files!
