Pet Shop Pro

I have purchased the PetShopPro theme and installed in WordPress (latest version) and followed the instructions in the documentation, but, cannot get the Slider or the Gallery to show up at all. I have verified the zip plugins are installed and enabled in the setup. All the images seem to be there and enabled to view on the pages, but, still no luck. All I see is the Home and Contact pages.

Is there a way to completely uninstall and reinstall the theme. I have tried to activate another theme and then delete/reinstall the PetShopPro theme, but, all the configurations seem to be showing up from the previous installation of the PetShopPro theme.

Please advise and assist with resolutions.

You need to select the homepage template for the home page and homepage as a static page. Refer the screenshot:

Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings >> Slider Settings

I have installed and configured PetShopPro to the best of my abilities. The website is up and functional, but, I have a few issues I do not understand, or cannot seem to configure properly. The main problem, at present, is in configuring the email link that was modified with my valid email address (as instructed) to all a customer to click the link and be forwarded to a contact page for gathering of pertinent information and submit the email to the indicated link. However, whenever the link is clicked, nothing happens.

I have also added WP Mail SMTP and WPForms, also as instructed. After installation and configuration of these plugins, I was successful in sending a Test Email, which is part of the plugin installation verification. Emails were delivered successfully to the email link found on the Home Page.

I know there must be a way to configure the link on the Home Page to bring up the appropriate contact form, either by modification with the theme configurations itself, or by directly modifying the PHP WP plugin code itself. I would appreciate a response that will help me to move forward with this.

Hi, I have Pet Shop Pro installed. I’m able to change the slider images, but none of the text is appearing. Any insight? Thanks!

I am getting notices from WooCommerce that the PetShopPro theme is implementing templates that are not compatible with the latest versions of WooCommerce and the theme needs to be updated. However, I cannot find any updates. Has this theme been updated to be compatible with the latest WooCommerce, or, do you intend on updating to be compatible?

I would appreciate a response, as if the PetShopPro templates are not compatible with current WooCommerce implementations, then there are issues with my website not being able to function correctly.

I am unable to get the Slider to display even though it is enabled. My header has no image. I cannot get it to look like the sample page. Enable or disable do the same thing, not displayed. No error.
